Contained Within A Cage

Contained within a cage is all my hatred and anger

And it will never see the light of day

Because too much is built on suffering

And too much is built on battles with our enemies and our friends

Contained within a cage is all my negativity

And my soul is already tormented

I don't need to add to that

And nor do I need to spread that to to everyone else
