Cancer
You're like cancer, a disease, a virus, another stain on a crippling race
And you come at all times with your know-it-all attitude, and your sickening and never ending judgment
Your smile held together with the power of your hatred, with your trembling hands masking your insincerity
But I see through your lies, this is an expose! and I've had enough of your sycophantic ways
It's easy to spot the bad guy when his voice booms and his fists fly
But it's much trickier to spot the most evil kinds, the ones who hide themselves with smiles and generous words
I hate you most of all because you're so fake, you don't even respect yourself!
And you simply float from place to place, spreading cancer to all you meet
